All of Marco's Managed IT Services include remote maintenance from our dedicated managed services team and on-site maintenance from over 340 certified systems engineers and technicians throughout the Upper Midwest and nationally.

NVR Monitoring and Maintenance
Marco provides remote monitoring and management services for your video surveillance system to identify and initiate action on any system issues before they can affect performance. Services include:

• Daily scans and problem reports
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Software patches
• Monthly System Reports

Technical Support
Receive support and training for current, new, and temporary employees - up to four hours per year. Remote programming changes include one incident per month - up to one hour.

Software Upgrades
Marco's Managed Video Surveillance Services include free NVR and client software upgrades (does not include installation charge).
