Glenn Middlekauff

Glenn Middlekauff is Marco’s Chief Service and Automation Officer. Glenn brings a wealth of experience in business transformation, robotic process automation, data analytics, process management, operations, and finance to his current role at Marco.

Glenn is ultimately tasked with ensuring operational excellence throughout the company and streamlining our processes to transform client and employee journeys into experiences that are always meaningful, always rewarding, and infinitely replicable.

Prior to joining the Marco team, Glenn founded ServSoft Technologies to help businesses drive cost savings, process efficiency, and organization-wide improvement. Known for his objective, fact-based approach, his insights proved highly valuable to enterprise-scale companies looking to implement risk-mitigating strategies and encourage a high level of employee engagement.

When Glenn is not working or volunteering his time in local community activities, he and his wife love family time with their three children and grandchild. Glenn also enjoys reading, expanding his skill set, staying in good physical shape, spending time outdoors, meeting new people, and hearing new perspectives.
