Tom Wells

Tom Wells believes that coupling rigorous data analytics with insights from internal thought-leaders is the secret sauce to improving organizational efficiency. As Executive Vice President Operations, Tom strategically partners with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to drive such efficiencies across the organization.

Prior to joining Marco, Tom worked as a management consultant for over 15 years across various industries. His favorite consulting gig was the eighteen months he spent working on strategic initiatives at Marco before officially joining in 2022.

What Tom likes most about Marco is its culture, “One that truly puts customers at the center of everything it does while always striving to improve”. After having worked with numerous organizations, Tom is truly inspired by the uniqueness of what Marco has built.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. They enjoy water skiing in the summer and snow skiing in the winter with sports of all kinds in between. If he had a superpower, it would be the ability to clone himself so he could be at every overlapping meeting, practice and game.
