Customized Digital Hardware Catalog and Request Forms
ServiceNow is workflow management software used by many construction companies. As an experienced integration partner, Marco was able to create a digital catalog within ServiceNow that employees can use to find and request the hardware they need. This allows our client to achieve consistency across their teams — and even create device bundles for specific types of projects. Because we were able to integrate ServiceNow with Marco Insights Cloud, our client can be totally hands-off after approving the request. All updates in ServiceNow are also logged in their Marco account to ensure proper asset tracking. Not only does this consistency make selecting hardware easier, but it also simplifies maintenance and upgrades.
Automated Workflows for Order Fulfillment
No more loose email threads buried in inboxes. Now, our client’s IT team is automatically notified when an employee requests hardware. They can review and approve the request with just a few clicks which automatically triggers a device to be provisioned for the user and shipped within a day or two.
Expert Configuration Services
Our client’s IT team can also bypass the configuration process — a step that previously took up a lot of their time. With Marco handling all asset tagging, box inserts, and Autopilot enrollment, our client can focus on more strategic IT initiatives.
Fast Sourcing and Shipping
By warehousing devices, Marco can quickly source and ship hardware as soon as the next day. Plus, we automatically update IT Asset Management (ITAM) records upon fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
