Kimberly Shoberg serves as Marco's Learning & Development Coordinator where she brings a love for teaching, developing processes and helping people grow. She serves as one of Marco's corporate trainers and currently leads all of the continuous improvement and DiSC profile trainings for employees. With a passion for Marco's culture and doing good, she also leads Marco's United Way Committee and Gold Standard volunteer program for employees. She has a background in communications and education and worked in Special Education for 10 years before joining Marco.
