This Isn’t About Politics—It’s About Being Prepared.
Tariffs, supply chain disruptions, and rising operational costs are creating real uncertainty across industries. Even if these changes haven’t directly impacted your bottom line yet, your team—and your customers—are likely feeling the ripple effects.
At Marco, our role is to bring clarity, control, and confidence, especially when the environment feels unpredictable.
Here’s how we’re helping clients stay ahead:
-
Streamlining operations to reduce downtime and manual work
-
Consolidating platforms to simplify systems and cut recurring costs
-
Strengthening support to keep your IT and print environments efficient and secure
-
Structuring more flexible agreements to support cash flow and extend equipment life
We’re actively monitoring tariff and inflationary developments and expect potential increases. We remain committed to minimizing the financial impact on our clients.
We’re also advocating on your behalf—pushing back on OEMs and leveraging our size and scale to challenge increases and hold supply chain partners accountable. While we’re already seeing some pressures emerge, we’re doing everything we can to keep them from reaching you.
Tariff and Inflationary Assessment Fee
Marco made the difficult decision to add a Tariff and Inflationary Assessment fee beginning in May 2025. The fee was implemented for Print Contracts to help offset a portion of the rising cost of the parts and supplies needed to support your equipment. Future invoices will contain a message to provide more context around the fee.
