ST. CLOUD, MINN., JANUARY 12, 2023 — Marco's Director of Integration, Jen Miller, has been recognized as one of the 500 Most Powerful and Influential Leaders in Minnesota in 2022, in the Software and Technology category by Greenspring Media, an initiative of Minnesota Monthly.
Jen Miller has worn many hats at Marco since joining in 2015. From account management, to building teams focused on improving the customer experience, to finding opportunities to expedite revenue, Miller has a gift for improving processes throughout the organization for clients and employees alike. In her current role as director of integration, Miller leads the integration planning, process adoption and development, and execution of acquisitions and corporate strategies.
Throughout her career, she has been fortunate that her work has been in perfect alignment with her passions—the management of people and processes. On the rare moment that Miller isn’t hard at work doing either one, she enjoys playing trivia, napping, and spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their dog. She also makes time to serve her community through her role as vice president of the Prep Parent Link.
