ST. CLOUD, MINN. - For the fifth time, Marco has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Des Moines Register.
Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Marco currently has 70 employees across Iowa in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Mason City, Quad Cities, Sioux City and Waterloo.
